Sometimes the finished image is just the beginning. 📸

Working backward on this one…

➡️ Final product: Images ready for the Cheer and Football moms/coaches to use for their 5th Grade Homecoming banners.

➡️ Next step: I couldn’t just hand parents a folder of kids standing in front of a tree line 😂 So I created custom templates specifically for the cheerleaders and football players, giving each image a finished, polished look that families can actually enjoy and purchase.

➡️ Before that: Hours of editing, selecting the best images, creating the templates, and making sure everything was consistent.

➡️ Before THAT: A small grassy area at Lost Mountain Park, with a tree line in the background, a lighting setup, and a group of awesome kids ready to go.

And that’s the part people don’t always see.

There’s a lot that goes into creating a finished sports portrait — from the location and lighting to the editing and final design. I genuinely love the challenge of taking a simple setup and turning it into something that feels finished and intentional.

The finished images are now available for parents who would like to purchase them. ❤️🏈📣

And now… onto the next gallery! 😂

This week alone, I’ve sent out galleries to 7 different events for more than 19 different organizations and/or schools. Lots to download, images to cull, galleries to build, and stories to tell.

The work is busy. The work is a lot. And I love it.
