Performance Intel | Hypobaric Training

Training at simulated altitude introduces a different physiological demand by reducing the amount of oxygen available during exercise.

Inside a hypobaric chamber, athletes can perform controlled cardiovascular training while monitoring responses such as heart rate and exercise intensity.

This allows our performance team to observe how an athlete responds to reduced-oxygen conditions and incorporate that information into individualized training strategies.

We strive to understand how the body responds and use that information to train with greater purpose.
