Did you know that California is home to one of America’s seven known “singing” or “booming” dunes in America? 😮 At the Kelso Dunes in the Mojave Desert, the unusually smooth and exceptionally dry sand can produce a vibration that you can feel in your bones. It’s a super-low-frequency sound, like a deep rumble. 🏜️ Want to hear it yourself? 👂 Simply slide or run down the dunes! 🛝
