Proud to celebrate our first-gen community! 🎉💚

Earlier this month, first-generation students, faculty, staff, and allies gathered at the Lion's Lair for connection, conversation, and celebration. We shared stories, tackled imposter syndrome in a discussion led by Dean Lang and Dr. Hamer, and got creative with vision boards that mapped out our future plans.

Thank you to deanlangpsu for the inspiring opening remarks, the Liberal Arts First-Gen Committee for bringing this vision to life, and everyone who showed up for our #FirstGen community.

We can't wait to do it again!
