Ginger Simple Syrup:
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup honey
-4” piece of ginger, peeled & thinly sliced

Cocktail:
-2 oz. whisky
-2 oz. pear juice
-1 oz. ginger simple syrup
-3/4 oz lemon juice
-ginger beer for topping off
-sliced pear & crystallized ginger for garnish
