Long before an exhibition ever opens its doors, florianpaulkoenig, my team and I are deep in a process of creative exploration and detailed planning.
It all starts with brainstorming and honing the core motifs. Spending countless hours taking abstract ideas, testing concepts, and refining them until every single piece has a clear narrative purpose. 
For me, glass is more than just a medium - it is a vehicle for storytelling.
Once the artwork concepts are finalized, the focus shifts entirely to the spatial narrative and curation. This is where the story truly comes to life in three dimensions. Printing out the floor plans, mapping out the entire space, and diving into intense discussions: Which piece goes where? How does the sequence of artworks guide the visitor’s journey? What emotional arc are we creating in the space?
By the time I am on-site for installation, every placement, lighting setup, and sightline is deliberate. Crafting an immersive narrative experience long before a single piece is hung.
