Just this week, cleaning my inbox, I found this very interesting email thread…

It was the entire chronology of my first transaction as a Vail real estate broker in 2008 (I have had my Florida license since 2002, a looong time 👀)…

and it dawned on me, that I closed that transaction (June 3, 2008), during the worst housing market crash that at least I have experienced on my lifetime. I remember how hard it was to negotiate, back and forth and back and forth… analyzing, thinking, communicating…

found the OG (as my kids say 😉) MLS listing. I represented the seller, an MLS baseball player…

It was a beautiful Ritz-Carlton Penthouse in Bachelor Gulch, and I represented the seller, an MLS baseball ⚾️ player…

closed on June 3rd and on June 7th we packed up and left to Denver. My daughter, Cami 💕 was born at Rose Medical Center on June 25th, just days after my first closed transaction in Vail ✍️

So… if you are looking for an experienced agent in Vail, that understands how to navigate challenging times without giving up…

DM me today!
