## Caption

#sayhername On July 13, 2015, Sandra Bland was found in her jail cell hanging from a noose tied to a plastic bag. This was only three days after she was stopped by former Texas Department of Safety Trooper Brian Encinia for allegedly not signaling a turn. The medical examiner ruled Bland’s death as a suicide. Encinia was removed from his position, and charged with perjury, but ALL charges were dropped #sandrabland #sayhername #gameday
