Congratulations to Elaina Collins (Newton Country Day School) on her recent commitment to University of California Berkeley!

Collins is our 27th commit in the 2028 class and we couldn’t be more excited for her and this ACC opportunity. Elaina is the definition of a true two-way midfielder. She grinds it out on both ends of the field, using her incredible wingspan, athleticism, and relentless determination to make an impact every time she steps on the field. Defensively, her body positioning is textbook. Offensively, she’s willing to do whatever it takes to get the ball in the back of the net. But what makes Elaina truly special is the way she plays for those around her - always looking to set up her teammates, elevate them, and celebrate their success. She’s gritty. She’s unselfish. She’s a competitor. She’s an incredible teammate.
