Florida State men’s basketball head coach Luke Loucks sits down with Vince Wolfram on That’s A W for an in-depth conversation about building the next era of Seminoles basketball.

Loucks breaks down how his NBA background is shaping Florida State—from player development and analytics to recruiting, roster construction and the ultra-competitive culture inside practice. He explains why he believes FSU can take a major step forward, how lessons from Steve Kerr, Mike Brown and the Golden State Warriors influence his coaching philosophy, and what it takes to build a winning program in the modern era of college basketball.

Plus, Loucks tells the incredible story of flying to Slovakia while Sebastian Rancik was visiting Kentucky, reveals why Kam Taylor could become one of the most athletic players in Florida State history, explains FSU’s brutal treadmill punishment system, discusses the Seminoles’ new-look roster and shares why winning an ACC championship at Florida State remains one of the biggest W’s of his career.
