Tearing my quad was one of the best things that has happened to me! Let me tell you why…

Tearing my quad was a big wake up call for me to get my priorities right. When I got into professional dunking I put God to the side and wanted to live my life my way. Soon enough I was put in check and what I thought my purpose was, which was dunking, was taking away from me in one jump! It was a blessing in disguise because it made me realize that everything of this world is temporary but God is eternal. To I turned to what matters and dug into my relationship with Christ and I’ve never felt so fulfilled. Even though I wasn’t able to dunk, do much on social media, or travel, I had everything I need. What I learned through that time was that If God is all I have then I have all I need

It’s truly a blessing in disguise. Been blessed with this gift and this platform for help spread the gospel!

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭18‬

“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28‬

“And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬ ‭
