Welcome to today’s episode of Creami with Mimi!

🍨 NO ADDED SUGAR Crunchy Salted Caramel Latte Ninja Creami

For the base:
🥛 350 g milk
☕️ 3–4 g instant espresso powder
🍯 35 g N!CK’S Honey Fiber Syrup
15 g N!CK’S Use Like Sugar
0.5 g xanthan gum
2 g vanilla extract
🧂 Pinch of salt

The mix-ins:
🍫 2 N!CK’S Crunchy Caramel Chocolate Bars, chopped
🍫 25–30 g N!CK’S Milk Chocolate Caramel Crunch, chopped

How to make it:

1. Blend all base ingredients until completely smooth.
2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze overnight 
3. Spin on Lite Ice Cream.
4. Add the chopped N!CK’S bars and run Mix-In.
5. ENJOY ☕️🍫🍨
