## Caption

Today I am officially stepping into my new role as People and Workplace Operations Manager at Fresh Tape Media.

It was a whirlwind year and a half as Jared Kleinstein's EA, working on everything from growing our community partnerships for The Art Department, building a website for our ticket program, planning 2 Gondola Sports Summits and team retreats, and growing a culture where people are excited to come into the office. Jared is the person who saw my strengths, he's the one who encouraged me towards culture building and people support, his advocacy and investment in me is why I'm able to transition into this new role with confidence and excitement.

The creative work that Fresh Tape does constantly impresses me, but what makes me truly proud to come to work are the people behind the creative. I can say without exaggeration that they are some of the best, most creative and fun people I've ever worked with.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with such special people and help them feel happy, supported, and a little less overwhelmed while they’re busy making magic happen.

Ready for the next chapter! Let's do this! | 27 comments on LinkedIn
