When I joined Fresh Tape Media in 2019, there were five of us and basically everyone did a little bit of everything.

Now we have a dedicated Production Design team led by the fabulous Kate Rance.

One of the things I’ve loved most about watching FTM grow is that it hasn’t just meant more people (though I do love our big happy family). It’s meant getting more specific about what we’re actually great at and investing there.

Which brings me to some fun news: we just hired Jasmine Le to our Production Design team!!

As clients have trusted us with bigger, weirder and more ambitious physical ideas, we’ve realized how valuable it is to have the people helping dream those ideas up working right alongside the people figuring out how the heck we’re actually going to make them exist.

A few years ago, Jared Kleinstein saying "what if we built" would cause us all to sweat. Now we have an entire team dedicated to answering that question and thanks to Kate and our Production Design team, we’ve gotten pretty dang good at turning the weird ideas into reality 🙌
