The networking chats and internship hours lead you to where you're meant to be in the moment... which for myself is joining Fresh Tape Media as their part-time Administrative Assistant!

My work ethic is straightforward: show up ready, go above and beyond, and be the person everyone can count on. But just as importantly, find genuine joy and fun every day so you can uplift and be uplifted. Finding a company that walks that line naturally is rare - and that’s exactly what Fresh Tape excels at.

Over one month in (dang that went fast!), and the welcome here has been with open arms. It's awesome being around a culture of super hard work from immensely talented people, who earn the reputation FTM has built as a premium, high-caliber creative agency (some humble-brag examples of the insanely cool work they do below). FTM is a great place to work, I LOVE that my day-to-day is never confined to my actual job description and I'm encouraged to support every department that needs it while acquiring wide ranging skills in the process. 

All of this is almost as awesome as how everyone brings their dogs into the office 🐶. You just can't beat that. Ever.

Shoutout to Jared Kleinstein, Alyssa Fasolino, Charles Lian, and David Herman for helping me make the most out of this part-time opportunity, and a shout-out to the entire Fresh Tape Media team. Stay curious✌🏻
