I can't stop thinking about this Steve Kerr video talking about Roger Federer. Everyone on this app obsesses with the grind. I'm working on obsessing over contentment and commitment (which is tough with a short attention span). 

This weekend is a perfect example of it. I got to take my kids on a bunch of bike rides, out to playgrounds and meals with friends, and even got some workouts in for myself before they woke up. I'm a bit behind on emails, but aren't we all? But now, going into the week, I feel like I gave my weekend job my all. Now I get to give my all to work during the day, and reset at night with the fam.

If you've talked to me for more than 10 minutes in the last 5 years, you know that I've struggled with this. Feeling content with my situation has been tough, as I've felt at times (like lots of us new parents running businesses) like I can't do it all/show up for everyone. Watching this video, and being reflective on how I've been lucky to spend my time, is giving me a new sense of "It's ok. You've got this sht, even when it's hard. And you're lucky as hell."

Also, anyone can post about Federer and I'll probably not shut up about it for a week. He's the  🐐 and anyone who disagrees is silly.
