These pumpkin cheesecake cookies are basically FALL in cookie form. 🎃🍂

Soft, spiced pumpkin cookies are filled with a rich, creamy cheesecake center, then rolled in cinnamon sugar for the most irresistible finish. They’re cozy, indulgent, and taste like your favorite fall dessert—but in cookie form. 🤎
If you love pumpkin spice, cheesecake, and bakery-style cookies, you NEED to make these!
