Been building AI characters with Seedance 2.5 all week and the realism is what got me 👀

Look at the skin, the flyaway hairs, the way the phone camera hunts for exposure when she walks past a window. That’s the part people can’t place. They just feel that something is off, or they don’t, and here they don’t.

And it’s not luck. It’s the same four steps every time. One reference image. A base image from it. A character sheet pulled out of that base image, so you have her face from every angle. A location sheet for the rooms and streets she shows up in.

Both sheets go into Claude, Claude writes the Seedance 2.5 prompts, and she comes out as the same person in every single clip. Mall, restaurant, car, bedroom. Same face, same outfit, same world.

A shoot like this used to mean a model, a location, a crew and a full day. This one runs on a repeatable workflow.
