Fresh ingredients, talented chefs + a little friendly competition 👨‍🍳🔥

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday at @midtownfarmers for the 2026 Iron Chef Challenge in The Commons!

Congratulations to our reigning champions, @tamashanc on another Iron Chef win! 🏆 Their creativity impressed once again as they transformed this year’s secret ingredients, eggs + water gourd, into delicious dishes using fresh finds from the market.

A round of applause for @bartacolife who took home the People’s Choice Award! 👏

Thank you to both restaurant teams, our judges: @experience_raleigh @chrislovingoodtv @raleighisgrowing @thisisraleigh + market vendors + everyone who came out to taste, cheer and celebrate our local culinary community.

And thank you to @ultimatelongevitycenter for sponsoring this year’s competition!
