## Caption

We often treat happiness as something to chase. But happiness is not the destination. It is the result of living with meaning and purpose.

That is one of the great lessons of Sukkot. Eating, drinking, resting, and even the simplest parts of life can become opportunities to connect with Hashem.

When every word, every action, and every ordinary moment has spiritual significance, life itself becomes more meaningful. And a meaningful life is a joyful life.

That is why Sukkot is זמן שמחתנו, the time of our joy.
