to embed an entire figma canvas in framer:
1. in framer, navigate to “insert” > “utility” > “embed”
2. drag & drop the embed component onto your canvas
3. in figma, open the file you want to embed and click “share”
4. click “get embed code”
5. return to framer & paste the embed code into the embed component
**it works for figjam ++ prototypes too
