BYU head coach Kalani Sitake meets with the media ahead of the Cougars’ Friday night matchup against Iowa State in Provo. BYU returns home at 4-0 overall and 2-0 in Big 12 play after a 17-10 road win over TCU.

Sitake discusses preparing on a short week and previews an Iowa State team led by head coach Jimmy Rodgers. He provides injury updates on LJ Martin and Isaiah Glasker, saying both look doubtful for Friday, while Cannon DeVries is more likely probable. Sitake also breaks down BYU’s emphasis on winning the turnover battle, the wet conditions that challenged the offense at TCU, and his confidence in the Cougars’ running back depth if Martin is unavailable. He highlights freshman Braxton Lindsey’s contributions, discusses managing quarterback Bear Bachmeier’s rushing workload, and gives a direct response to concerns about BYU’s receivers: “No, we’ll be fine.”
