Large piece of styrofoam 
Foam hot knife (or a bread knife, but it’s messy!)
Mod podge
2x 2” foam balls
Acrylic paints (pink & red mixed, black for the eyeballs)
Foam core 
Orange glitter
Sequin fabric for tail & headdress 
Hot glue
Pink beanie
6x fluffy orange pipe cleaners 
Backer rod
Thrifted shrimpy outfit!
