Some hotels give you a room. @theivyhotel gives you the keys to the mansion. ✨

Tucked into Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, The Ivy is Maryland’s only hotel awarded Two MICHELIN Keys and a proud part of @relaischateaux 🔑

With just 17 individually designed rooms and suites, the experience feels wonderfully intimate, tranquil, and deeply personal.

What makes The Ivy particularly extraordinary is just how much is woven into the stay. Chef-prepared breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails at the Mansion Bar, private car service, and even late-night snacks are among the thoughtful inclusions. 🥂🫖

Days here invite you to slow down. Linger over coffee in the courtyard, disappear into the library with a book, play a round of billiards, or simply settle into one of the mansion’s beautiful rooms and let the outside world wait.

And then there’s the food. Dinner at Magdalena, A Maryland Bistro, was magical, but breakfast deserves its own love letter. Whether enjoyed downstairs or delivered to the room, everything felt beautifully considered, right down to the fresh house-made baked goods. And the house-made butters? I could write poetry about them. 🧈🤍

From the warmth of the service to the quiet luxury found in every detail, my first Relais & Châteaux experience was everything I hoped it would be.
