3 years of natural lifting. My starting weight was 116 pounds, I lifted for two years. After the second year I committed to a bulk and jumped up to 139 pounds, and then cut down to 126 pounds:-) well I am so happy I started my journey. #gymmotivation #gymprogress #fitnessprogress #fitnessmotivation #muscle
