Condensed recipe recipe:

1. Sear sliced chicken in a hot wok until cooked through. Set aside.
2. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, red onion, mushrooms & chilies.
3. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp dark soy sauce + 1 tsp honey + 1 tbsp water.
4. Return chicken, toss to coat.
5. Add bok choy leaves for the final minute.
6. Finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds & cilantro.

Serve over steamed rice. Enjoy! ❤️
