AI Coding Is Easy to Demo. Enterprise AI Is About Everything Around It.

Today’s learning came from two very different directions — working through the Claude Code Partner assessment and continuing my hands-on SAP BTP/CAP deployment POC.

One lesson connected both:

Enterprise AI is not only about what the model can do. It is also about where it runs, what it can access, who can use it, and how its actions are governed.

While reviewing Claude Code enterprise scenarios, I spent time thinking through concepts such as:

🔹 Plugins and group-based RBAC
🔹 Hooks for controls and auditability
🔹 SSO, JIT provisioning and SCIM
