✨ We try to focus on these everyday BUT it’s not always realistic. 

✨ When schedules get crazy or I’m just flat out exhausted, I’m the first person to get takeout for dinner and throw on Blippi….

✨ I am constantly having to remind myself to turn my phone off and just PLAY. No documenting, no texting friends, no instagramming …

✨Crib naps are normal around here, and it’s usually too hot in Texas to take a leisurely stroll…

✨ But as we’ve been navigating some BIG toddler feelings - I got back to these basics before I have a mama meltdown myself, and it’s worked 9 times out of 10. 

Having a tiny human that doesn’t know what they want and especially doesn’t know how to communicate is NOT for the weak 😂😭
