Salam everyone - we want to give our community the opportunity to pitch in and uplift women and children experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault. We recently had over six families move out of our shelter - there’s a lot of clients coming in and out of our shelter. It feels like it’s time for us to update our:

1. Dressers!!! (That’s our number 1 priority - we just threw out the ones we’ve been using for three years and they were super dirty 😬) 
2. Mattress protectors 
3.more toothbrushes
4. New bed sheets
5. New towels (residents always take their towels with them when they leave) 
6. shower curtain
7. And more…we are adding a little more life and fall vibes to our space 🍁

There’s something for every budget to donate to our center, so if you’re interested in the reward of buying new pots and pans and knowing that everytime a mom cooks for her kiddos and feeds her family - that will be because of you - then get to it before someone else does 😏💜

Let’s see if we can pull off buying this whole list for our urgent shelter needs just like how we did it yesterday for a mama and her three babies 👏
