Being the first person in your bloodline to hear 50 Cent on a Lightning McQueen DVD player is an achievement nobody can prepare you for.
⠀
This bizarre piece of Cars-era electronics is a Lightning McQueen-themed portable DVD player, complete with a 7-inch screen built into the car-shaped body.
⠀
Disney released several Cars-branded electronics after the original movie became a massive hit, including TVs, CD players and portable DVD players.
⠀
The portable Lightning McQueen units became especially memorable because the entire player was styled around McQueen rather than just using Cars graphics on a normal case.
⠀
The original Cars DVD itself arrived in November 2006, only months after the movie’s theatrical release.
⠀
Seeing one of these old players blasting 50 Cent instead of Cars might be the most cursed possible use for it.
⠀
What song would you play first on a Lightning McQueen DVD player?
⠀
What are your thoughts? 🤔💭
