My new Tiger rice maker (a Costco find) has been working overtime.

Nutritionist recommended electrolytes. Nothing added. No flavors, no sugar, no colors, etc. A cap full in 30oz of water doesn’t make it taste “great”, but I add a little coconut water and it masks the flavor which usually not so great ingredients are for. bodybio

My go to breakfast every damn day. Cottage cheese and chipotle bitchinsauce usually w/ a hardboiled egg and sourdough toast.
