𝑻𝑾𝑶 𝒀𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑺 𝑶𝑭 𝑭𝑶𝑳𝑳𝑶𝑾𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑫𝑨𝑫’𝑺 𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑫. ❤️💪

We started exercising together when he was 5. Nothing crazy — just having fun, staying active and letting him be around something that’s always been a big part of my life.

Now he’s 7 and he genuinely loves it.

I never had to teach him to love the gym. I just let him watch me love it.

Kids really do pay attention to everything we do. ❤️
