## Caption

My entire purpose for investing in real estate was to become work optional. I saw the future where I was working 40 years as a teacher and I knew I wouldn’t make it.

So I started buying property. I started converting motels into apartment buildings. I began putting every dollar I had into cementing my financial stability.

And it’s worked. It’s worked exactly as planned y’all. Took me about 5 years and my investments make enough for me to live the life I want to live.

So if I’m not at the properties as much, that’s why! And I’m recommitting myself to sharing more of what “work optional” or “retirement” actually looks like.
