Welcome to Hawaii 🌴🌸🌋

I’m back baby! After a months rest I’ve decided to start working and sharing personal projects again, no more quick posts or shortcuts, purely new ideas and designs that challenge me!

When I started to think about different projects and things I’d like to create, this strange idea of a slightly sinister, White Lotus/Hawaii inspired travel video came up. So I did what I do best and experimented. I looked at keying, rotoscoping, timings, LUTs, different footage combinations, lighting and ways to bring my type into a longer and more considered piece…so this was the result ☀️

With footage from the likes of @via_films, @omri_ohana_, @Spencerfrostfilms & @savagerus.art (all from @artlist.io) and the most perfect piece of music for this from @charlieryanmusic, my first piece back at the desk came together far better than expected.
