🏪 Helping the businesses that keep our communities afloat 🇯🇲

The Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce has officially launched its MSME Restoration Grant Programme, designed to provide much-needed support to small and medium-sized enterprises working to recover from the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa in October 2026.

The programme offers two grant opportunities to assist affected businesses with their recovery:

🔹 Tools of Trade Grant — eligible applicants can access up to J$100,000 to help replace essential tools and equipment.

🔹 Fasst Biz Grant — eligible MSMEs can access up to J$350,000 to support business restoration and recovery.

For the small businesses that provide goods, services, jobs and opportunities in communities across Jamaica, this support is aimed at helping them restore operations and rebuild following the hurricane’s impact.
