Our very first houseguests🤍

Summer was coming to an end and we had barely begun decorating, but getting our guest room under control was top priority. We're still very much in the “making this house a home” phase (there's no art on those walls yet and plenty left to do) but it was ready for family.

My parents came to spend some time with their grandbabies, and we were beyond excited to have a private space for them to stay in our new home.

One of the things we loved about our taylormorrisonhomes floor plan was having the guest suite downstairs. All our bedrooms were upstairs in our previous home, and there was often A LOT going on up there, lol. Having a private space for our guests was a priority for us, you know, away from all the noise and kid chaos. 🤯😂

I wasn't trying to impress them. I just wanted them to be able to completely relax and feel totally taken care of. They've taken care of me only my whole life😭.

What an honor and blessing to have had them both here🤍.
