YAPPING VIDEOS DON’T WORK ANYMORE‼️

ICYMI: every Instagram guru and their NAN are telling you to ‘yap on camera’ if you want to grow in 2026

The reality…

It’s not working for a LOT of people

And tbh I’m not surprised 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why? Literally just basic Supply & Demand..

Everyone’s making yapping videos

But there’s a limit on how many people actually want to watch yap videos

Thus there’s a pretty low ceiling now (unless you’re an absolute one of a kind)

At the same time, all the people who have moved to the yap side have forgotten about their other content types!!

Which is EXACTLY where the opportunity is now!!

This is why carousels (and single posts) are experiencing the most INSANE push right now 😮

Because less people are making them, which means the people who do, get all the eyes! 👀

I had a carousel, not too dissimilar from my usual stuff get 100s of 1000s of views, over 15 THOUSAND SAVES the other day (wt helly!!!)

In short (TLDR); when everyone floods to one type of content format, it gets saturated

When a format is saturated, it becomes hard to grow

If in those times you start zagging while everyone else is zigging, you reap the benefits of what everyone else got bored of sowing!
