How to find trending content on Instagram in 2026 (before everyone else does)👇

Now you might know that on this account I post all the latest Instagram trends 🏆

But what you might not know…

Is how I actually FIND these trends ✨

The truth is, there’s a few different ways I find trends on Instagram (and you can too):

1. understanding what a ‘trend’ actually is (it’s more than just viral reels!)

2. I use the 3x rule (if I see something pop up 3x in one day, I know it’s starting to trend!)

3. I look in the RIGHT places INCLUDING going OFF Instagram (and looking in other places like threads & Pinterest)

4. And even making my own with the knowledge of what works!

Don’t want to have to find them yourself?

Why not follow me holler.academy for regular trend reports 🤓

OR (even better 👀)

Why not try a FREE Trial of my membership where I report on ALL trends as they happen

(And create Canva templates for each of them so you can recreate them as soon as they trend!!)
