APRIL 2026 TREND REPORT (part 2) - here’s everything that’s going to be HOT & trending on Instagram in April 2026 🔥🌸

From design trends and carousels, to trending audio and single posts 🙊 I’ve got it all in this incredible post!

Here’s what’s trending in April 2026:

- Mixing static photos with moving videos creates a surreal effect that stops the scroll

- The super viral Jeans Pocket animation (this ‘social media manager in your pocket’ with tools like Canva and a DJI Camera!) adapt it for your niche! ✨

- TRENDING REEL: the closing tabs reel 🙊 the video acts like a screen recording of someone closing tabs, each new tab showing part of a message! 📲 (of course I made this one a Canva Template 💬 Comment: “TEMPLATE” for it)

- Creative ‘day in my life’, ‘week in my life’ and round up carousels!! 🎠 I have some nice ones as templates too 🌸

- Animations within carousels (my fave is the trending painting animation one!) 🖼️

- TRENDING AUDIO: Pink + White (By Frank Ocean) 🎶 (the one playing over this carousel!!)

- The Folder Photo Dump Animation Reel to show off your latest snaps 📸 (also a new template I made 😉)

- A whole BUNCH of trending single posts are going around lately, I’ve put a few of my faves in this post!

- TRENDING REEL: “I’m not playing on my iPad” reel

ALL THE DESIGNS IN THIS POST ARE CANVA TEMPLATES✨
