## Caption

Menasha, Wisconsin was ravaged by a tornado in late July, carving a 14-mile path through the town, with peak winds reaching 140 mph. Miraculously, no one died — but the devastation was immense. Months later, the community is still waiting for help from FEMA. The Trump administration has yet to respond to requests for money to help rebuild. “We're just living on a wing and literally a prayer,” a Menasha homeowner said. #wisconsin #weather #tornado
