In Sweden we eat cinnamon buns any time of the day, but especially at #fika. Coffee, something sweet, and a little break.
Today is National Cinnamon Bun Day. I love baking these with my kids, mostly avammcgee There are several steps…the dough, the cinnamon sugar, the part where someone mike_mcgee27 steals /tries a piece before they are cool. Fika tastes better when you make it yourselves.
