My official weight loss journey started September 1st… and we’re JUST getting started 🥹🏋🏾‍♀️

Since then, a lot of GREAT habits have been built, lessons have been learnt and most importantly… I’ve kept showing up! ❤️

No quick fixes. No pressure. No punishment. Just me becoming a better version of myself, one day at a time.

Road to 80KG… ATTEMPT 101 😮‍💨🔒

If you’re new here, HEEEEYYYY 👋🏾😂 follow me and stay tuned because there’s a LOT more to come! 👀
