Dots gives ChatGPT a background mode. 

Give it a goal, and it keeps working while you're away, each Dot gets its own cloud computer, its own browser, and access to over 4,000 apps.

For a creator, it can take an interview transcript, pull the best moments, draft show notes and social posts, ready for review. 

For a developer, it can track customer feedback, spot recurring bugs, build and test fixes, then hand you the finished code.

The twist: OpenAI called it Dots, but dot.com belongs to Elon Musk's xAI, redirecting straight to Grok.
