Hey City Hall, Hey Big Spender 💸 💰 🤑 💲

I'm a Government Innovation & Digital Trust System Architect and I find waste and loopholes.

$10.98 MILLION. AND I’M MAD.

Toronto’s Auditor General found almost $11 MILLION in estimated costs associated with unused software. And let’s not forget the at least $1.1 MILLION in intentional overbilling identified by KPMG on a City sewer contract

This is exactly why I think differently about government.

And if elected, I want to bring that mindset to City Hall.

Find the waste. Prove the savings. Cut it. Then fight to redirect the savings to where residents can actually see them.

Imagine what even $10 million can mean when intelligently deployed:

🏘️ cleaner and safer public spaces
💡 better lighting and pedestrian safety
🌳 parks, trees and Bio-Harmony beautification
🛣️ targeted road, sidewalk and streetscape improvements
🏛️ community and recreation infrastructure
💼 jobs, entrepreneurship and community programming
📉 or simply reducing the pressure to ask taxpayers for more.

I’m not promising that every dollar uncovered automatically belongs to Ward 1. It doesn't. City money is allocated through Toronto's budget process and Council.

What I am promising is this:

I will go looking.

Because before City Hall asks you for another dollar, somebody should be asking where the dollars we already gave them went.

AUDIT. SAVE. REALLOCATE. DELIVER.
