📊 What detail from Rockstar’s research surprised you the most?

Rockstar developers spent years traveling around Florida to study the places, people and culture that would inspire Leonida, the fictional state in GTA 6.

Their research included visiting strip clubs and nightclubs, exploring beaches and the Everglades, and even riding with former police officers at night to understand Florida after dark. 🔎🌙

That real-world research is being translated into Vice City and the rest of Leonida, with environments, nightlife and local details designed to make the fictional world feel closer to the real Florida.
GTA 6 launches November 19, 2026. 🎮
