Chef Mike and his team uses exceptional ingredients and pushes them to their fullest potential through technical transformation. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and really enjoyed the warm service. I’m still thinking about the black truffle and fontina cheese popsicles with beet and the one last egg with mango and finger lime!!
