Bro is the ultimate glue guy 😭

Blake Hinson’s path to the Jazz is a real grinder’s story, going undrafted in 2024 and bouncing through the G League before finally earning a two-way contract in February 2026 off a huge stretch averaging nearly 22 points a night in Portland’s system. He’s made the most of every chance since, dropping a career-high 30 points against Memphis and already looking comfortable knocking down threes at the NBA level.

That trend’s carried right into this preseason too, 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting with four triples in Utah’s preseason opener against Denver, exactly the kind of efficient scoring that could earn him a bigger role in 2026-27. For a guy who spent years grinding in the G League just to get a shot, Hinson’s making sure nobody forgets his name now.

Does Hinson carve out a real rotation spot with the Jazz this season?
