BIG SHOUTOUT TO THE LUPUS COMMUNITY! 💜

Another amazing Walk to End Lupus Now in the books! Huge thank you to the lupusorg Foundation of America, Southeast Region for having me back again to lead the warm-up, bring the energy, and be surrounded by such an incredible group of lupus warriors, families, friends, and supporters.

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks healthy tissue, potentially causing inflammation and pain throughout the body, including the joints, skin, kidneys, heart, and other organs. That’s why awareness, research, education, advocacy, and community support matter so much.

The Lupus Foundation of America continues to bring communities together through Walk to End Lupus Now®, raising awareness and critical funds while supporting the millions of people impacted by lupus.

And everybody looked GOOD in that PURPLE! 💜🔥

Big shoutout to DJ stay.greased for bringing the music, vibes, and energy throughout the day!

I’m excited to see what the future holds between LPittFitness, the Lupus Foundation of America, and the lupus community. This is bigger than fitness—it’s about using our platform to uplift, educate, and support.

To every lupus warrior: KEEP FIGHTING. KEEP PUSHING. KEEP SHOWING UP. REMAIN RESILIENT. 💜

We see you. We support you. We’re cheering you on every step of the way.
