Uchi Charlotte x Brooklyn Kura “Better Together” Sake Dinner 🍶 🍣

I was invited to a 10-course omakase dinner and sake tasting event on Friday with Brooklyn Kura in celebration of their “house sake” launch: “Better Together”. 🍣 🍶

October 1st marked World Sake Day! Sake lovers around the world raise a glass and toast with a collective “Kanpai!”

A wonderful evening fully immersed in the better together menu pairing experience. Keep your eyes out for future events at @uchirestaurants in Charlotte.
