John Stewart didn’t need a ring — and the Green Lantern Corps chose the wrong fight. 💚

When a Lantern is sent to Earth to arrest him, John breaks the restraints with his own strength and unleashes Green Lantern power directly from his body. But that is only the beginning.

After a hopeful trip to Metropolis, John’s train is attacked by the Radiant Dead. With no ring, no costume, and no time to hesitate, he steps in front of his mother and fights back with massive constructs.

The biggest mystery is not how John defeats them — it’s why the Radiant Dead already know exactly who he is.

Is ringless John Stewart more dangerous than a fully equipped Green Lantern?

Tell me what you think.
